The Instrument of Golden Threads

Installation, 500 brass tubes, volcanic stone, 7 m × 7 m

The piece unfolds like a great instrument, revealing echoes. It brings to light the subtle bonds between human beings and the sky.

Like words sent into space, whispers become messages carried by light, at once intimate and universal. In the spirit of Carl Sagan, for whom we are made of “star-stuff”, the work reminds us that our relationship with the cosmos is also a material one, written into our very composition.
